Module 1
(Awareness Season)

First, we need to first understand exactly WHAT habits are! And more important what our own habits are! After all habits make up to 60% of our daily behaviour so in order to create new habits we need to be aware of how we are already spending our time.

Module 2
(Manifest/Creation Season)

Next, we learn why it's important to re-evaluate our habits. After the awareness stage it's easy to allow our new found consciousness to get the better of us and fall into the slump of not feeling good enough. Which is exactly why the creation stage follows and is full of FUN practices to help you get clear on your dreams and start thinking, feeling, speaking and living as the person in your dreams.

Module 3
(Positive Intention Season)

Now that we have a clearer idea of our current habits and how they align with our dream habits. This module is designed to help us close that gap! We dive deep into "The Habit Loop" and how habits are ACTUALLY created within our minds! This module features a 66 Day Habit Tracker that's designed for you to continue using well after this course to ensure your turning those new behaviours into unconscious habits!

Module 4

(Action/Transformation Season)

Now it's time to put everything you've learnt into ACTION! But don't worry you're still within the 'safety net' of the course and have all the support you could ever want! This longer module is designed to turn time into your friend as you begin on your new habit journey that you've been creating for the last 3 weeks! YAY!

BONUS Module 5

(New Identity Season UNLOCKED)

In true Love Yourself Co style and to celebrate you showing up for YOURSELF and the life you know you deserve. Jacinta has created a surprise module that she believes is the final piece in making those dream habits stick! You'll have to complete module 4 to find out exactly what it is. BUT we can tell you that you'll also unlock another 5 "Self Love Sundays" to help you implement your dream habits for a total of 66 days!

WHAT IS A HABIT? Psychologically speaking a habit is an automated unconscious behaviour, generally repeated in the same environment each time. Developed through reinforcement and repetition.


The formation of habits generally fall into 3 components - A CUE that triggers a behaviour RESPONSE, which is then reinforced by some type of dopamine releasing REWARD.


I've followed Jacinta's content for a very long time. When she started her Love Yourself Co community, I could not wait to be apart of it.


With this structure, Jacinta's clear guidance and her motivation I was able to reflect on how my time was spent, and make small, effective changes to suit my lifestyle I envision for myself.
