My name is Jacinta Welch, I'm 25 and live on the Gold Coast, Queensland (best place on earth hehe).
I'm a qualified skin and beauty therapist with over 8 years industry experience. I have worked 1:1 with thousands of women over the years rebuilding their self confidence from the inside out. I have always had a strong desire to help and do anything in my power for others which I now know stems from my childhood of being raised by a single mum (who is literally the best human EVER) and a father who did his best but wasn't able to give or teach me the love and self confidence a girl needs.
Fast forward a couple decades of trying to prove my worth to others and never feeling like I succeeded.
2020 was the year it finally caught up to me.
1 mental & emotional breakdown later I decided to quit my job, stopped self-medicating (partying every weekend), ended relationships that hadn't served me for a long time, paid off my debt, studied psychology, seeked professional help, invested in myself & completely changed my daily habits & lifestyle.
I learnt that once I stripped my life right back, all I was left with was MY mindset (our most powerful tool). I found a new love & understanding for myself and my inner dialogue & confidence has done a complete 180 in under 12 months.
Now my focus is to build on my soul's purpose of empowering women to unconditionally love themselves & their lives. Love Yourself Courses were born through my own personal journey and are true reflections of how I've reached where I am today. A strong, independent women, who is proud of her struggles and wouldn't change a thing, because through it all she has learnt to love herself unconditionally!
